This is a genuine leadership opportunity to run a large, multi-section kitchen team across functions and a rooftop bar. You'll have real autonomy over the kitchen, backed by an experienced executive team and the operational structure of an established, growing hospitality group partnered with a very successful pub group. You'll own food costing and labour costing for your site, working within a clear P&L; framework.

About you

Proven experience managing a large kitchen team, ideally in a high-volume restaurant, pub, hotel, or multi-outlet venue

Strong financial literacy - confident with food costing, GP management, and labour costing





Menu development experience, with an eye for both quality and commercial viability

A collaborative leadership style - someone who builds and holds a strong team culture

$95,000-$115,000 plus a generous performance bonus and superannuation
