This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to join a specialised team supporting a portfolio of residential building clients. You'll gain valuable exposure across a broad range of insurance products while working closely with experienced Client Managers who are invested in your development.

Who will you be working with?

You’ll be joining a growing specialist insurance team with a strong focus on the residential construction sector. The portfolio is made up entirely of residential builders, providing exposure to a diverse range of general insurance products including construction works, liability, workers' compensation, cyber, management liability and fleet.

What will you be doing?

- Support two Client Managers across a portfolio of residential builder clients
- Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
- Assist with the day-to-day management and servicing of client accounts
- Coordinate renewals, policy administration,



documentation and client requests
- Liaise with insurers, brokers and internal stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes
- Develop your knowledge across construction, liability, workers' compensation, cyber, ML, fleet and warranty-related covers

What do you need?

- 3–5 years' experience within insurance or a similar client management environment
- Strong understanding of insurance products, processes and client servicing
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities
- A mature, team-focused approach with the initiative to support those around you
- Construction, residential building, warranty or home indemnity experience is highly regarded

A tertiary qualification in insurance, business or a related discipline, along with relevant insurance industry qualifications or ongoing professional development, will be viewed favourably. A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel when required are also essential.
