Hill Street in Cambridge, Tasmania is seeking an experienced Smallgoods Team Member to join our full-time production team in the butcheries and commercial kitchen. You will make a range of smallgoods including hams, terrines, pates and sausages for our Hill Street stores and the Wursthaus brand.
Candidates should have hands-on sausage and ham production experience, knowledge of batching and brining, and a solid commitment to food safety and quality.
