We’re looking for an experiencedService Desk Analystto join a government agency on a short-term contract, providing Level 2 support across key corporate business applications.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring applications remain reliable, secure and effective, while delivering a high standard of service to users.

Key responsibilities

- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Manage user access, permissions and application support requests
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and support procedures
- Support application enhancements, changes and improvements
- Provide responsive, high-quality customer service in line with agreed SLAs

Applications:
You’ll provide support across a range of corporate applications, including:

- SAP
- CRM
- eQMS
- DocuSign




- SharePoint
- Other business-critical applications as required
