We are partnering with a well-established civil construction business to recruit an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join their growing team.
With a strong pipeline of projects across the Perth metropolitan area, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with a respected contractor.
This position will initially commence as a contract opportunity, with robust potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role as a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising civil construction crews, plant and subcontractors
- Coordinating daily site activities and project resources
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements
- Managing site productivity and maintaining project schedules
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Liaising with project managers, engineers and subcontractors
- Monitoring quality and ensuring compliance with relevant safety requirements
- Providing leadership and support to site personnel

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- 5+ years' experience within civil construction, preferably in land development
- Previous experience supervising civil works and site crews
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities
- The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Construction White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Permanent Australian working rights
A background operating civil machinery or progressing from an operator into supervision will be highly regarded.
