About the role:
In this role you will work with a caseload of youth participants between 15-24 years of age. Our goal is to work with these individuals to understand their career goals and find new job opportunities with local employers who will give people the chance to succeed.
Here’s how we do that:
Meet with job seekers to understand what theycan and are willing to do, when it comes to employment
Build and maintain relationships
with our employers, all you have to do is build a relationship with local employer andit doesn’t cost anything for an employer to work with us (why wouldn’t you choose us!)
Provide support to employers and job seekers to obtain interviews and new opportunities – we can alsohelp support job seekers with, clothes, bills, transport and much more.
Getting exciting about job opportunities that you know will be theperfect match for your job seekers.
