South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is recruiting an Aged Care Registered Nurse for dementia-specific care at Garrawarra Centre in Sutherland, VIC. The role supports residents with dementia in a purpose-built 104-bed facility.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering person-centred care and adhering to NSW Health standards. An Aged Care Check and NDIS Worker Check are required for this position.
