Senior Property Manager Minimum 2 years experience

What you'll be doing

- Providing comprehensive property management support to our team of Property Managers
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including renter inquiries, rental payments, maintenance coordination and inspections
- Conducting property viewings and liaising with prospective and current renters
- Preparing and processing leases, condition reports and other property management documentation
- Maintaining detailed and accurate property and renter records

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in residential property management and/or leasing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with clients
- Thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant property management legislation
- Proficient in using property management software and databases
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and achieving positive outcomes for rental providers and renters.
