Job Description
Harris Farm Markets in NSW is seeking an IT helpdesk qualified to be the first line of support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; and key business applications. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and document issues to keep our 30+ stores running.
Working with the IT team, you'll log tickets, run SQL queries, assist with testing and UAT, and help create knowledge articles while applying ITIL approaches to improve service delivery across our retail network.
