VMCH is seeking a Part time Personal Care Assistant at Yallourn, VIC. You will support residents in an Ashwood aged care facility, delivering care per individual plans while maintaining a compassionate, person-centered approach.

You will have Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Ageing Support, plus prior aged care experience and an NDIS Screening Check. Rosters vary; pro rata salary applies based on 46–70 hours per fortnight.
