NIIWA, our Japanese izakaya style venue, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our Fortitude Valley team. This full‑time role oversees daily operations, drives customer service excellence, and supports revenue growth while maintaining health and safety standards.

We offer a market-competitive salary of $70,000‑$80,000 per year plus an annual bonus, with opportunities for development, ongoing training, and flexible work arrangements to support work‑life balance.
