Compass is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to help run daily branch operations and ensure vehicles are delivered and retrieved smoothly for customers. You will support the Branch Manager, manage team issues, and step in as the escalation point when a manager is unavailable.
The role requires hands-on leadership, robust customer service, and the ability to plan and adapt to changing priorities across early, day, and late shifts. A current driver’s license is preferred.
