RAC WA is seeking a Service Advisor at the Rockingham Auto Services Centre to manage the member experience during the vehicle service process. You will coordinate with technicians, communicate with customers and provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance work.

Responsibilities include updating members on status, handling concerns professionally, preparing repair orders, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets. A robust customer-focus and team mindset are essential.
