- Build trusted relationships with candidates and their families
- Provide personalised mentoring, education and encouragement throughout candidates' decision-making journeys
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure candidates receive appropriate support, information and access to services
- Represent Cochlear at consumer and professional events
- Track insights and identify trends
- Contribute ideas to continually enhance the candidate experience
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Clinical and Customer Service teams from candidates' first enquiry through implantation and beyond
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships over the phone, via email and in person

- Comfort working with data and digital tools
- Ability to influence, build trust and help people make informed decisions
- Experience in patient support, hearing health,
audiology or healthcare is valuable but not essential
