Moreton ATSICHS’s Birthing in Our Community (BiOC) program seeks a Family Support Practitioner to provide social and emotional support and health education to pregnant women and up to three years after birth. You will work with midwives and other services to connect families with appropriate supports.

Responsibilities include culturally respectful engagement, promoting healthy parenting, delivering education on infant nutrition, immunisation, secure sleep and SIDS risk reduction, and assisting
