APM in Inverell, NSW, seeks an Employment Consultant to support people with disability and connect them with sustainable employment. You will combine client support with outreach to local employers, sales, relationship building and administration to create meaningful opportunities daily.

You will build relationships with employers, coach participants to be job-ready, and drive outcomes while balancing client support with proactive job development and closing placements in the regional area.
