ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities, or "villages" for remote workers, providing the essential comforts from a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear, to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.

The Role

- Take charge of kitchen operations, ensuringhigh standardsof food quality, safety, and service.
- Guide your team, develop menus, and create inclusive dining environments that support people working in remote areas.
- Maximise stock utilisation andmaintaincost-effectiveoperations
- Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to constantly improve day-today service

The Person

- Have full working rights in Australia
- Must hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Proficient computer skills for planning and reporting
- Able to passpre- employmentmedical, drug and alcohol screening, and national police clearance
