Job Description

Rippling is seeking an Australian Payroll Compliance Specialist to own Modern Awards interpretation, STP mapping, superannuation and long service leave for Rippling's Australian customers. You will train admins, run audits, and enable TAMs/AMs while feeding Australia-specific product insights back to engineering.

The role focuses on payroll compliance but also handles broader customer cases. It is based in a hybrid Sydney office with flexible on-site days and a strong emphasis on transparent,
