We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Duty Manager to workwithin our Melbourne business in a full time permanent position at the following location.

Lilydale / Blackburn or Bayswater

Minimum 2 years car rental operational experience nessecary - Avis Budget experience an advantage

A comprehensive understanding of internal operating systems Wizard & WaND required

You will assist withthe sales activities, business development, team motivation and provide a high level of service to our customers.

The ideal candidate loves talking to people, has a proactive approach to customer service and can manage a team of people while efficiently managing fleet at a couter level.

You will receive comprehensive training as required while working with a great team of people

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, and in person, extends to strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.

Promote and sell Budget products and services.

Cleaning Vehicles is required

Driving Vehicle is required

Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, filing documents regarding rental agreements.

Team management on daily basis on each shift under Branch or Area Manager support

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a current driver’s license.

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task, monitor and organize business demands on daily basis.

Adaptable approach to multiple assigned work

Work a fortnight rotational roster that includes alternate weekends and Public Holidays.
