About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director Strategy, Capability and Circular Economy leads EPA's strategy, policy, planning, intelligence,
regulatory capability and circular economy functions, shaping organisational direction and translating strategic priorities into delivery. The role drives Victoria's circular economy and product stewardship agenda, including oversight of the Container Deposit Scheme and emerging reforms, while strengthening regulatory intelligence, analytics and capability uplift across the organisation. A key focus is leading a newly integrated division, building a high-performance culture, driving accountability and ensuring operational insights inform policy, regulatory practice and organisational outcomes.
