Global Lithium Resources Ltd (ASX: GL1) is a rapidly growing Australian lithium exploration and development company transitioning towards production. The Company has built a high-quality portfolio of lithium assets in Western Australia, led by its flagship 100%-owned Manna Lithium Project in the Goldfields region and the Marble Bar Lithium Project in the Pilbara.

The Manna Lithium Project, located approximately 110km east of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia's Goldfields region, hosts a JORC Mineral Resource of 51.6Mt @ 1.0% Li₂O and a JORC Ore Reserve of 19.4Mt @ 0.91% Li₂O. Supported by a granted 21-year Mining Lease, a Native Title Mining Agreement with the Traditional Owners, and a completed Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), Manna is well positioned to become one of Australia's next significant lithium operations.

As part of its next phase of growth, Global Lithium has entered into an agreement to acquire the Nova Operation, including an existing processing plant and extensive operating infrastructure. This transformational acquisition has the potential to significantly reduce development capital, accelerate first production and establish an integrated mine-to-processing business, positioning GL1 to become one of Western Australia's next lithium producers.

The Prospect

This is an exciting opportunity for two Project Managers to join the project team at a pivotal stage, as GL1 advances the Manna Lithium Project. These roles are offered as an initial 12-month contract with potential for ongoing extension.

Both roles will initially operate on a hybrid basis, split between our modern West Perth office, the Nova Processing Plant and the Manna Mine. As the project progresses the roles will transition to a FIFO arrangement on an 8:6 roster.

A competitive remuneration package including a short-term incentive is on offer, alongside a supportive and collaborative team culture.

Reporting directly to the Project Director or the Executive Director, these positions will be responsible for leading the team in delivering the project from early engineering through to commissioning, managing design, procurement, construction management and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the project team across all engineering disciplines, procurement and construction management.

Manage the overall project schedule,



cost plan and earned value reporting.

Oversee the procurement strategy, including package award recommendations and supplier performance.

Coordinate regulatory submissions, permits and authority approvals.

Manage the project risk register and drive risk mitigation actions.

The Ideal Candidate

A Degree in Engineering (Process, Civil, Mechanical or related discipline).

10+ years' project management experience in minerals processing, ideally spanning study through construction and commissioning phases.

Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement and construction management.

Strong project controls capability, including schedule, cost and earned value management using Primavera P6 or equivalent.

Experience managing procurement strategies and major contract package awards.

Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) registration will be highly regarded.
