Silver Chain Group is hiring experienced Registered Nurses to join our Warren Blackwood team in the Support at Home program. This part-time role (3 days per week) covers Donnybrook to Pemberton and nearby areas, with hours 8am–4pm and versatile days Monday to Friday.
You will provide in-home nursing, coordinate care, and support clients and families, while training direct care workers and ensuring quality, compliant service delivery.
