Job Description

Telstra is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Brisbane to support store operations and lead a agile retail team. You will coordinate teams, maintain service standards, and handle moderately complex tasks with growing autonomy.

In this role, you will coach staff to reach and exceed store targets, manage customer escalations, and act as the Store Manager's right-hand person while driving business initiatives and fostering a positive store culture.
