Job Description

Bank First is seeking a Senior Specialist, Credit Controls & Governance on a 12-month contract to shape frameworks and governance around credit, collections, hardship and member care for our members.

You will partner with stakeholders across the bank, translate complex requirements into practical solutions and strengthen controls while balancing robust governance with positive member outcomes in a mutual, purpose-driven workplace.
