BMD Group is recruiting an Earthworks Supervisor to lead day-to-day field operations on major civil projects in Melbourne. You will oversee bulk earthworks, road formations and subgrade works, coordinating crews, plant and subcontractors to deliver safely and to programme.
You will work closely with engineers and project leaders to meet project targets, drive quality, and uphold safety and environmental standards on site.
