Manufacturing Hours
Monday to Friday: 7:00 am–3:57 pm
RDO week: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am–3:57 pm, with Friday as the RDO.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on supply chain and inventory control role extending well beyond processing stock adjustments.
The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our Pronto ERP system, investigating inventory discrepancies and ensuring materials and components are available to support production requirements.
Working across more than 500 active SKUs and complex Bills of Materials (BOMs), you will collaborate closely with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing and MRP to identify and resolve inventory and supply chain issues.
The maintenance of accurate ERP and inventory data is a critical responsibility of this position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage material planning and purchasing through Pronto MRP.
Monitor stock availability against production demand and identify potential shortages or excess inventory.
Investigate stock variances, negative stock and discrepancies between physical inventory and Pronto.
Conduct and coordinate physical stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
Investigate the cause, value and validity of stock adjustments before they are processed.
Investigate incorrect stock receipts, issues, transfers and other inventory transactions.
Review BOMs against actual material usage and investigate BOM variances.
Maintain accurate ERP master data,
including part numbers, units of measure, pack sizes, purchasing information and BOM‑related data.
Create new part numbers and ensure all required system information is correctly established.
Maintain accurate and current Pronto data to support MRP, purchasing, production planning and inventory control.
Monitor slow‑moving, obsolete, excess and ageing stock to reduce unnecessary working capital.
Review open purchase orders and outstanding order reports to identify supply risks.
Monitor supplier delivery performance, including late and incomplete deliveries.
Support month‑end inventory reconciliation and ensure physical stock aligns with system records.
Review recurring stock and system issues, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Review and report regularly on inventory accuracy and supply chain performance.
Maintain robust relationships with local and international suppliers.
Ensure materials and components are delivered in line with production schedules.
Investigate product discrepancies, damages and stock‑related concerns.
Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, MRP, Design and Quality teams to resolve issues and support product changes and new model rollouts.
Key Reports and Reviews
The Supply Chain Coordinator will regularly review and report on:
Negative stock
Stock adjustments, including values and reasons
Physical‑to‑system stock variances
Slow‑moving and obsolete inventory
Excess stock
Inventory accuracy and cycle‑count results
BOM variances and actual material usage
Open purchase orders and outstanding orders
Stock on hand against demand
Month‑end inventory reconciliation
Part master data, including UOMs, pack sizes and purchasing information
