In the role of Associate Director , you will work closely with our Client Coverage team , contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers .

You’ll make an impact each day by:

- Manage and deepen relationships across a portfolio of key insurance sector clients
- Originate and deliver cutting-edge banking and financing solutions aligned to client needs and growth strategies
- Provide strategic industry insights and contribute to NAB's broader Insurance sector strategy
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Coverage, Markets, Transaction Banking, DCM, Specialised Financing, Risk and Sustainability teams
- Lead client presentations, strategic pitches, account planning and pipeline management while maintaining strong risk outcomes

You’ll bring to this role:

- Demonstrated experience within the insurance sector,



either through institutional client coverage, insurance treasury, capital management, investments or corporate finance
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic client plans, manage complex portfolios and deliver sustainable risk-adjusted outcomes
- Deep understanding of institutional banking, credit fundamentals, transactional banking and capital markets products
- Strong understanding of insurance business model and the strategic drivers influencing the sector would be preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across large matrix organisations
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Economics or Accounting, with postgraduate or professional credentials (CA, CFA, CPA, MBA or similar) come highly regarded
