You will design and implement an institution-wide operating model, embedding employability across the student lifecycle while partnering with Academic, Student Experience, Growth and Industry Engagement teams to align strategy with services and data.

You will oversee partnerships, data-informed decision making, and continuous improvement of placements and industry engagement,
