Glencore Mount Isa Mines is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent to lead the Copper Smelter maintenance team within Queensland Metals Operation. Based in Mount Isa, you will drive reliability, oversee shutdowns and manage budgets to maximise plant performance.
You will report to the Metallurgical Maintenance Manager and shape maintenance strategies while mentoring supervisors and trades to deliver safe, effective operations in a major metals facility.
