A Snapshot

As the Program Manager - Construction, you will lead the integratedprogrammeof multiple projects across the SYD3 campus. Reporting to the Project Director, you will work closely with Development,Design,andCommissioning teamsas well as the General Contractorto ensure thecampusprogrammeismanaged accurately and all customerprogrammerequirements are satisfied under the relevant agreementstoAirTrunk’sworld-class quality standards.

You will provide strategicsupportto Project Managers and Site Design Managers while coordinating General Contractors, consultants, utilities and Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE) vendorsprogrammesto achieve campus-wide delivery objectives.

Your Impact

- Provideexpert advice to the Project team in strategy and decision making for the Syd3 campus
- Successfully manage all upstream customerprogrammesensuringprogrammeaccuracy with works on site, General Contractorprogrammes,OSE vendorprogrammesand utilityprogrammes
- Identifyprogrammerisks and opportunities across the campus
- Effectively evaluate Contractorprogrammesthrough project life cycle
- Provide delay and EOT analysis both downstream with Contractors and upstream with customers
- Establishprogrammegovernance and ensure consistent execution across all workstreams.

ProgrammeLeadership





- Leadall programmingworksfor the campus
- Manage all upstream customerprogrammesensuring accuracy and alignment with site works and contractorprogrammes
- Ensure consistency in project delivery methodologies,reportingand governance.
- Evaluate all contractor monthly statusprogrammesand tenderprogrammesto ensure accuracyandcompleteness
- Extrapolate all key deliverables from various customer, contractor and utilityprogrammesandconsolidateinto campusprogrammeto ensure alignment for all customer deliverables, Air Trunk supplied items and contractor deliverables
- Developprogrammeexecution strategies aligned with AirTrunk objectives.

ProjectSupport

- Provideplanningadvice to the SYD3 Project Management teamincluding critical path analysis, scenarioanalysisand schedule risk analysis
- Support project managers and commercial team with Notice of Delays and Extension of Time claims both upstream and downstream
- Provideprogrammedata for all campus reporting
- Maintain a campusprogrammerisk and opportunity register tracking all campusprogrammerisks and associated mitigations strategies
- Integrate variousprogrammesacross the campus into one singleconsolidatedcampusprogrammefor Syd3
- Provide support to the Air Trunk commissioning team to develop commissioningprogrammesfor each customer
- Identifyemerging issues and coordinateprogramme-wide mitigation strategies.

ProgrammeControls

- Establish robustprogrammegovernance and reporting frameworks.
- Review integrated master schedules andidentifyprogrammeconstraints.
- Ensureprogrammerisks are actively managed and mitigated.
- Monitor contractor performance and implement recovery plans whererequired.
- Drive continuous improvement across project controls,reportingand delivery processes.





Requirements

Essential

- 10+ years’ experience delivering major infrastructure, mission-critical or datacentreprojects.
- Extensive experience managing complexprogrammescomprisingmultiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent knowledge and skillset working with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of constructionmethodologyand development of campusprogrammesfrom first principals.
- Experience working for a developer, General Contractor or hyperscale datacentreorganisation.
- Sound understanding of construction contracts, specifically delay entitlements and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsincluding abilityto present programmesto internal teams and clients.
- Strong understanding of programmecontrols and governance.

Preferred

- Experience delivering hyperscale datacentrecampuses.
- Experience leadingprogrammesexceeding AU$1 billion.
- Experience managing Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE).
- Knowledge of commissioning and operational readiness.
- Experience across APAC developments.
- Chartered Engineer, PMP or equivalent project management qualification.
