- Lead prioritisation, governance and delivery oversight of a portfolio of strategic initiatives supporting nbn’s Field Strategy and corporate objectives
- Work with Executive General Managers, General Managers and Sponsors to translate strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps
- Align stakeholders on priorities and establish governance frameworks
- Ensure programs and projects meet agreed timelines, benefits and investment outcomes
- Partner with Project Managers, Business Delivery Owners and Technology Delivery Owners to clarify objectives, success measures and delivery expectations
- Proactively manage portfolio risks, dependencies and opportunities
- Advise senior leaders through strategic insights, portfolio performance reporting and evidence-based recommendations
- Contribute to executive-level communications and presentations about transformation across Field Services
- Ensure investment decisions align with business strategy, customer outcomes and sustainable value creation
Requirements
- Extensive experience overseeing large-scale transformation, business improvement or technology-enabled programs within complex organisations
- Strong foundation in portfolio, program and project management
- Strategic mindset and ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term business outcomes
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions
- Ability to align diverse teams and foster a shared sense of purpose
- Clear and confident communication skills, including tailoring complex information into compelling insights for executive leaders
