SANECTOR is seeking a Senior Site Operations Leader to take full ownership of a high-volume bottling facility in Mildura, reporting to the General Manager. You will drive safety, quality, production, warehousing and people performance with a robust emphasis on continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
You will lead from the front, building a high-performance team, managing budgets and resources, and delivering sustainable performance improvements while upholding SMYA POWER values.
