AFCA in Australia seeks an experienced Ombudsman to join the Investments and Advice decision-making team, resolving standard and complex I&A; disputes, and influencing practices across financial planners, stockbrokers, funds, crypto platforms and derivatives. You will provide leadership, coaching, and contribute to AFCA’s external conferences as a subject matter expert.
