Central Coast Local Health District is seeking a Patient Experience Officer for Wyong Emergency Department. Based in the waiting room, you will support patients and families, provide information and liaise with clinical staff to improve the patient journey.

You will promote a welcoming and culturally safe workplace, with a rotating roster across 7 days and shift times of 7:00am, 11:00am and 1:00pm. Applications close soon; join NSW Health’s patient-focused team in a busy ED.
