Sleepy's in Sydney is seeking a sales-driven Store Manager who loves being on the floor, developing people and delivering results. You'll lead by example, build rapport, ask outstanding questions, and recommend solutions that fit customer needs.
You’ll coach your team to do the same, own store presentation, merchandising and performance, and drive sales, conversion, and customer experience. This role is hands-on, not back-office.
