Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ strong team, drive service, safety, and store performance across multiple departments. You’ll collaborate with Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden, report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, and model Best Experience to customers.
This role requires weekend roster coverage, robust leadership, and the ability to mentor staff, manage stock, and deliver on our promise of widest range and best prices.
