We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves working outdoors and supporting the installation of netting systems across horticultural sites. Duties may vary depending on project requirements and may include regional travel.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with the installation of netting structures, including threading, clipping, tensioning, and securing nets.
- Performing manual handling tasks and operating specialised hand tools and equipment.
- Working safely at heights of up to 6 metres and in outdoor environments.
- Supporting supervisors and team members on-site.
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and effective work environment.

Skills and Experience

- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)



– mandatory.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle – required.
- Previous experience in construction or labouring roles.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic with a punctual and positive attitude.
