With a strong pipeline locked in through 2026, we're looking for experienced Site Managers who can lead from the front and deliver quality projects safely, on time and on budget.

YOUR role

- Manage day-to-day site operations across key project stages
- Lead subcontractors, trades and site teams
- Drive programme, sequencing and site coordination
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA and project specifications
- Oversee high-quality finishes on education, housing & high-rise builds
- Manage site reporting, inspections and stakeholder communication
- Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget

YOUR experience

- Proven experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Supervisor




- Background across education, social housing or high-rise residential projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills on-site
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
- Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and build quality
- Experience with systems like Procore, Aconex or similar (advantageous)
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction are highly regarded
