Endurance's Abra Mine is located approximately 220km north of Meekatharra, in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The underground mine represents one of the world's cleanest and largest lead-silver projects. ty.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Processing Supervisor, you'll work alongside our Metallurgists to operate both the processing facility and paste plant. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real impact on our operations every single day.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Plant monitoring and control to ensure optimal performance
- Identifying and implementing process flow improvements
- Fault finding and minor maintenance activities
- Daily safety and production reporting
- Focus on hazard awareness, recovery, concentrate grade, throughput, and process continuity

What We're Looking For

We need operators with solid experience in crushing, grinding, and ideally flotation, filtration, tailings, and mine paste plant circuits. You'll bring technical expertise combined with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

- Current WA "C" class driver's license
- Solid experience operating wet processing plants (crushing, grinding, reagents, filtration)
- Safe isolations and permitting systems experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet timeframes and solve problems effectively
- Unwavering commitment to safety

Essential Requirements:
