An exciting opportunity exists for a Catholic leader to join the Executive Leadership Team as Campus Principal of the thriving Reception to Year 6 Evanston Campus.

Leading a vibrant and growing primary community of more than 520 students, you will provide strategic, educational and operational leadership, nurturing excellence in learning, wellbeing and faith formation. This role offers the opportunity to shape the next phase of growth for the campus while contributing to the strategic direction and success of Xavier College as an integrated Early Years to Year 12 educational community.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading Catholic identity, faithformationand Religious Education.
- Providing educational leadership that drives excellence in teaching and learning.
- Building a positive,inclusiveand student-centred campus culture.
- Leading staff performance,developmentand wellbeing.
- Strengthening engagement with families,parishesand community partners.
- Ensuring operational excellence and effective implementation ofCollegepriorities.




- Collaborating with fellow Campus Principals and College leaders to achieve strategicobjectives.
- Driving continuous improvement through evidence-informed practice and innovation.
