At Schneider Electric, we're looking for an experienced Senior Specialist Product Marketing to lead our Electrical Accessories and Smoke Alarms portfolios across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a high-impact role with end-to-end responsibility for product strategy, portfolio performance, market positioning, pricing, innovation and commercialisation .

You'll combine customer insight, market intelligence and commercial thinking to identify growth opportunities, shape the future product roadmap and successfully bring recent solutions to market.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute the product and category strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
- Own the 3-year product and portfolio plan , driving revenue, profitability and market share.
- Define customer segments, value propositions, product positioning and competitive differentiation.
- Translate customer and market insights into product requirements and compelling business cases.
- Partner with R&D; and Product Development to influence innovation priorities and the future product roadmap.
- Lead new product introductions from concept through to successful commercial launch.
- Drive pricing, portfolio optimisation and product lifecycle strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to deliver commercial outcomes.
- Present portfolio performance, market insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

About You

You're a commercially minded Product Marketing, Product Management or Category Management professional who enjoys understanding markets, identifying opportunities and translating customer needs into successful products and commercial strategies.

You’ll ideally bring:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience across Product Marketing, Product Management, Category Management or a similar commercial product role.
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing a product portfolio or category .
- Experience working with complex or technical products , ideally within construction, building products, electrical, industrial, technology or similar environments.
- Proven experience taking new products or solutions from concept through to commercial launch .
- Solid commercial capability across pricing, profitability, revenue and market share .
- Experience developing customer segmentation, value propositions, positioning and competitive strategies.
- Strong cross-functional experience working with Sales, R&D;/Product Development, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Exposure to P&L; ownership, significant commercial accountability or innovation-led product development would be highly regarded.
