This is a highly autonomous role where you'll lead projects from problem definition through to production, partnering directly with customers and owning key architectural decisions. You'll stay hands-on while influencing technical direction across multiple engagements.

Key responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI projects
- Design scalable architectures and make key technical decisions
- Build production-grade LLM and AI-powered applications
- Develop agent workflows, tool integrations, and evaluation frameworks
- Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices
- Work directly with enterprise stakeholders
- Solve complex problems using Python and modern AI technologies

About you

- Robust Python software engineering
- Proven examples of building and deploying GenAI, LLM, RAG or Agentic AI solutions
- Proven architecture and system design capability
- Strong production mindset around reliability, testing and scalability
- Comfortable engaging with customers and senior stakeholders
