Job Description

Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Dayforce SubjectMatter Expert ( SME) to support and enhance Dayforce Human CapitalManagement (HCM) operations . The successful candidate will act as the primaryfunctional expert for Dayforce, partnering with HR, Payroll, Learning, andBusiness stakeholders to ensure efficient operation, continuous improvement,and optimization of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

This is a client-facing onsite role requiring strong functionalexpertise in Dayforce modules including Payroll, Workforce Management,Onboarding, Offboarding, Learning, Employee Data Management, and HR ServiceDelivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary SME for the Dayforce platform and associatedHR processes.

- Support day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and userqueries related to Dayforce.

- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Learning & Development, and ITteams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Configure and maintain Dayforce modules including:

- Payroll

- Workforce Management

- Employee Lifecycle Management

- Onboarding & Offboarding

- Learning & Training

- Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS)

- Analyze business requirements and recommend best-practice Dayforcesolutions.

- Support testing, system upgrades, patches, and new featuredeployments.

- Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and audit readiness.

- Develop process documentation, user guides,



and knowledge articles.

- Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and end-userenablement activities.

- Collaborate with vendors and technical teams for integrations andissue resolution.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process automationopportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM.

- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.

- Experience supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle management.

- Knowledge of Australian payroll and workforce compliancerequirements.

Technical Skills

- Experience withDayforce configuration and administration.

- Knowledge of HRsystem integrations and data management.

- Experience withreporting, analytics, and dashboard development.

- Familiarity withtesting methodologies and release management.

Soft Skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with senior business stakeholders.

- Ability to lead workshops and training sessions.

- Self-driven and capable of working independently in an onsiteenvironment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Dayforce certification(s) preferred.

- Experience in large enterprise environments.

- Experience supporting HR Digital Transformation initiatives.

- Familiarity with ITIL-based support models.

- Experience working with distributed support teams.

- Stable and efficient Dayforce operations.
