Your Day-to-Day





You’ll take ownership of your portfolio and be the key point of contact for your clients, managing:

- Manage repairs, maintenance & contractor relationships
- Oversee arrears, compliance & insurance claims
- Conduct rental reviews & renewals
- Manage tribunal preparation & attendance
- Build strong landlord & tenant relationships while delivering exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a confident, experienced Property Manager who knows their stuff and genuinely enjoys working with people. You’ll bring:

- At least 2+ years ’experience managing your own portfolio
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, current driver’s licence & own car
- PropertyTree experience is highly regarded
