The Opportunity:

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will take ownership of a diversified, high-growth portfolio with a strong cashflow lending focus, partnering closely with clients to deliver tailored funding solutions that support their growth.

In this relationship-focused role, you’ll work with specialist teams across financial markets, equipment, trade and invoice finance, and transactional banking to deliver tailored funding solutions. You’ll also have dedicated analytical and credit support, allowing you to focus on growing the portfolio and winning new-to-bank customers.

The Role:

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients. Key responsibilities include:

- Manage a high-quality commercial portfolio
- Structure and deliver complex lending solutions




- Acquire new clients through referrals and business development
- Collaborate with product and credit teams
- Maintain strong credit and risk standards

About You:

You’re a seasoned commercial or business banker with a proven ability to develop and grow strong client relationships. You excel at understanding client needs and delivering practical financial solutions that support business growth. Comfortable navigating complex deals, you combine commercial insight with a client-first mindset, consistently driving results through proactive relationship building and strategic business development.
