Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an experienced Quarry Manager to lead the Axedale Sand & Gravel Quarry, 25 minutes east of Bendigo, Victoria. You will oversee operations, safety, environmental measures and P&L; responsibilities in a dynamic, multi-faceted role.
You will drive continuous improvement across production, maintenance, and logistics while upholding Zero Harm and solid community relations. A fully maintained company vehicle and bonus are included.
