- Connect business strategy, organisational capabilities and technology investments.
- Identify capability gaps, duplication and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide strategic guidance to support business and technology decision-making.
- Establish practical architecture governance, guardrails and assurance processes.
- Support the reduction of technical debt and technology risk.
- Help mature the organisation's Business Architecture capability and practices.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to communicate architectural concepts and recommendations.
- Analyse business and technical requirements to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement across business processes and enterprise capabilities.
You will bring:
- 5+ years' experience in Enterprise Architecture and/or Business Architecture.
- Experience developing and maintaining enterprise architecture artefacts and business capability models.
- Robust experience connecting business strategy with technology and delivery initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- The ability to communicate complex technical and architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working across multiple priorities in complex or resource-constrained environments.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
- The ability to work independently and influence stakeholders.
Mandatory:
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
Desirable:
- TOGAF or another relevant Enterprise Architecture certification.
