Gallagher Bassett in Victoria is seeking a Principal Psychologist to shape the future of psychological injury management within the workers' compensation system.

You will lead clinical governance, build a scalable trauma-focused model, and advise senior leaders, claims teams and providers to improve triage, early intervention and return-to-work outcomes.

The role involves working with first responders and government stakeholders, with occasional travel to client sites across Victoria.
