Sanofi in Barangaroo, Australia is seeking a Senior Market Access Manager to lead ANZ market access strategies for our pharmaceutical portfolio. You will develop and execute pricing and reimbursement plans, and provide strategic guidance to optimise product access by navigating health policy, PBAC, MSAC, and PHARMAC processes.

You will build robust relationships with internal brand teams and external stakeholders, manage evidence planning, and coordinate submissions while staying ahead of policy
