The Role
Working as part of an experienced team, you will be involved in:
- Advising clients on estate planning, succession strategies and asset protection.
- Drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Guardianship and testamentary trusts.
- Managing probate and letters of administration applications.
- Administering deceased estates from commencement through to finalisation.
- Assisting with estate disputes and family provision matters where required.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through trusted, practical advice.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- 3-5+ years' post-admission experience in Wills & Estates, private client services or a related area.
- Robust technical, drafting and analytical skills.
- Experience managing estate planning and estate administration matters with an appropriate level of autonomy.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A commercial and practical approach to client service.
- A genuine interest in succession planning and private client work.
